Impact of exposure to counterfeit luxury goods on consumer trust and perceptions of authenticity in the luxury retail sector among Gen Z and Gen X.

You are being invited to participate in a study. This project is undertaken by Cassandre Vigné in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, in the legitimate interest of Les Roches Global Hospitality Education and is necessary for research purposes.

The purpose of this project is to gather information regarding the "Impact of exposure to counterfeit luxury goods on consumer trust and perceptions of authenticity in the luxury retail sector among Gen Z (born between 1997–2012) and Gen X (born between 1965–1980)", and will take you approximately 5 minutes to complete. Your participation in this project is entirely voluntary and you can withdraw from it at any time. You do not have to answer any questions you do not want to.

We believe there are no known risks associated with this project; however, as with any online related activity the risk of a breach is always possible. To the best of our ability your participation in this project will remain confidential, and only anonymised data will be published. We will minimise any risks by storing data on secured school or personal laptops and all data will be destroyed at the end of the project.
